# The Open Framework

### A Self-Governing System for One Humanity

This repository contains a living blueprint for a decentralized, open-source governance framework designed to address planetary challenges that nation-states have failed to solve.

It has no author. It has no owner. It has no company behind it.

It is released freely into the commons.

## What is this?

An open protocol for human coordination at planetary scale — combining:

- **Reputation-based governance** (not wealth-based)
- **Bitcoin as neutral global currency**
- **Decentralized identity and transparent voting**
- **Smart-contract-enforced accountability**
- **Self-evolving, self-amending rules**
- **Working groups organized around humanity's most urgent challenges**

Inspired by the recognition that the nation-state model is failing, that humanity is one tribe, and that the tools to coordinate at planetary scale now exist.

## How to participate

There are no maintainers. There is no roadmap. There is no official version.

- **Fork it.** Make it better. Make it yours.
- **Translate it.** Every language is a new seed in a new ecosystem.
- **Critique it.** Open an issue. Submit a pull request. Publish a dissent.
- **Build it.** Write the first smart contracts. Start a working group. Onboard your community.
- **Share it.** Pin it to IPFS. Post it to your network. Print it. Read it aloud.
